UAAP: Nash Racela Frustrated with Foul Disparity in Defeat to Ateneo
Adamson coach Nash Racela expressed disappointment with the officiating in their most recent match against defending champion Ateneo. Despite ending the third quarter with a 17-0 lead, they became the penalty at the 7:30 mark of the fourth quarter and had no trips from the free-throw line. Racela accused the league of favoritism towards Ateneo, believing they are pushing for them to make it to the Final Four. He encouraged his players to keep fighting and hopes for fair treatment from the league in their upcoming games.
