Dynamic Mbappe Inspires 10-Man PSG to Gritty Victory Over Le Havre

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) secured a 2-0 win over Le Havre due to Kylian Mbappe and Vitinha’s goals following goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma’s early red card. PSG managed to maintain a four-point lead over second-placed Nice despite their victory. Mbappe netted his 15th goal of the season to give PSG the lead after being reduced to 10 men, while Vitinha sealed the win in the last minute of regular time.

PSG coach Luis Enrique commended the team’s adaptability and resilience, expressing his pride in their performance. He highlighted their exceptional defense and praised backup goalkeeper Arnau Tenas for his unexpected professional debut when Donnarumma was sent off.

Red card

Le Havre’s early aggression led to a red card for Donnarumma, and a subsequent PSG goal. PSG repelled Le Havre’s attempts to equalize and missed opportunities to score, but Vitinha eventually secured their victory with a deflected goal.

Monaco profit
